   After-sale Service

 

Repairing Service

During the warranty period, we will repair the equipment units free of charge unconditionally, if the deficiency caused by product quality problem or installation. We take no responsibility if the failure coursed by disobeying operation regulations of the clients or under the irrevocable exterior factgors stipulated by our country.

We promise a follow-up service for the life time of the equipment. When the warranty expires, we can continue to provide maintenance service for whole life of the equipment, and certain service fee will be charged.

We can give the quick response for unit repairing and promise to complete repairing within 3 days after we receive the units. We can also dispatch engineer to site to support serious system deficiency on the request of customer.
 

Software Upgrading Service

After our customer purchases our LED electronic display, we will also provide our customer with the service of software upgrading free of charge. Our customer can download the new version from our website of by e-mail.

 

Training

The purpose of training is to give the system operator a full training course so as that he can skillfully control the system and handle some basic malfunctions or system failure in the future operation. The training course is divided into two phases, with one trainee will be trained. The two phases of the training is as follows:

 

•  Basic computer knowledge

•  Basic LED knowledge

•  LED hardware structure and working principle

•  Screen programming and play software, control software, and other working system operation, match software and manipulation

•  System daily maintenance and safety regulations

 
On-site training:
 

We can give our customer on-site training if it is required. This training is emphasized on training operator's manipulation of system and problem disposal, the main content of the training includes:

 

•  The installation of system software

•  The function of apparatus in system and the method of right usage[

•  The inspection, adjustment and test of apparatus and the measurement tools in common use and instrumental usage

•  The apparatus touch earth and thunder protection

•  Ordinary software malfunction disposal

•  Ordinary hardware malfunction disposal

•  The maintenance of apparatus

•  Attend installation

 
The training place will be the installation site, and the training content will go along with the installation, debugging and test of the system. System operators are required to join in the installation and debugging of the system.
